Our Presidential Corporate Package is a program to set your company’s entertainment to the next level. This package features a great entertainment package for your staff, associates and clients.
The following is included for your special event:
An Event Planner is provided free to the entertainment committee ($200.00 value). Our office will, once receiving the wedding planner’s return disc, provide a report to all concerned personnel (i.e. caterer, photographer, videographer regarding your event).
The President (himself) will be your personal event co-ordinator from start to finish. If you or any of your staff require ideas or support to ensure a successful evening, He will be available for consultation
Only professional equipment is utilized. All equipment will be set up and professionally sound checked prior to the arrival of your guests.
The President will be suitably attired in a tuxedo to add that formal and elegant touch and will greet your guests into the room if your guests are early
Unlimited cocktail music from the moment your first guests arrive.
Beautiful background music is provided while dinner is enjoyed.
“MC Interaction” with the Master of Ceremony. Also “Table Designation” is available if required.
Image Scanner to promote your company image or message that will project your company’s image on the floor and walls. (This is the same device that is used prior to the start of an Oiler’s Game)

A great selection of music from the 50′s to the present will be played. Please note that your DJ will be on hand to accept requests from your guests playing the music that your group wants to hear.
Your disc jockey will provide consultation with the committee at any time or place up to the event date to customize the package to suit your needs.
